Our Story

2021

Opened our first food hall, Noshery, and partnered with iconic Bay Area restaurants.

Went on to open 3 food halls across the Bay Area with over $3.5M ARR.

2022

Frustrated with available tech solutions, we started building internal tools to help us manage our kitchens more efficiently.

We received immediate feedback from our kitchens while making daily improvements to the tools.

Eventually, our improvement started to positively impact profitability, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

2023

In talking with other Bay Area restaurants, we quickly learned our frustrations were held by many other leaders in the industry.

We started to pilot our kitchen operating system externally and the same positive impact we saw in our operations were seen in other operations, too.

2024

Evolved from operating restaurants to 100% focused on restaurant technology to help operators grow their business.

We continue to expand across the industry, build new products based on our industry expertise, and work tirelessly to create value for our customers.
